A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), he holds a BSc in Management from the University of Nigeria and an MSc in Marketing from the University of Lagos.
He has further honed his leadership acumen through executive education at some of the world’s foremost institutions — including the Kellogg School of Management (USA), Cranfield School of Management (UK), and IMD Business School (Switzerland).
His track record includes transformative leadership at some of Africa’s most respected financial institutions. As Managing Director/CEO of Guaranty Trust Bank Sierra Leone, Mr. Ayoku steered the bank to become the country’s best-performing financial institution within three years — a testament to his ability to align vision with disciplined execution.
In his subsequent role as Deputy Managing Director of United Bank for Africa (UBA), he provided strategic oversight of over 490 branches, delivering strong performance across retail operations, customer engagement, and profitability.
He later served as Group Managing Director of Sky Capital and Financial Allied International, overseeing capital market strategy and integrated financial services delivery.
Currently, he sits on the board of First Atlantic Bank, Ghana, as a Non-Executive Director. Under his board-level leadership, the bank rapidly rose from a sub-top 10 ranking to become one of Ghana’s top five banks based on multiple performance indicators — within just one year.
In his current capacity as Group Managing Director of Bay Holdings, Mr. Ayoku provides overall strategic leadership and executive governance across the Group’s diverse subsidiaries, including Kayvee Microfinance Bank.

Olatoun Ogunnaike is an experienced financial services executive with over 25 years of hands-on experience across commercial and microfinance banking.
She holds a BSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University.
Throughout her career, Olatoun Ogunnaike has served in various strategic and leadership roles, including as Head of Operations at FinBank, Branch Manager at FCMB, and Managing Director at RIC Microfinance Bank.
She brings deep expertise in branch operations, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
As Managing Director of Kayvee Microfinance Bank, she leads the bank’s strategic and operational direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, innovation in service delivery, and sustainable growth.

Alabi Ailoni is a seasoned microfinance professional with over 15 years of experience driving business development, credit strategy, and risk management across Nigeria’s leading microfinance institutions.
He holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Ebonyi State University and has completed leadership training at Lagos Business School, alongside earning a Certificate in Microfinance Banking. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management (FCILRM).
Mr. Ailoni has held several strategic positions in the sector, including Regional Manager at Accion Microfinance Bank, Zonal Manager at Alert Microfinance Bank, and Head of Business at Sabi Microfinance Bank. He also served as Branch Manager and Assistant Area Manager at Infinity Microfinance Bank.

Osarugue Omo-Idehen is a highly skilled finance professional with over 13 years of post-qualification experience spanning the microfinance, capital markets, and oil & gas sectors. She holds a BSc in Economics and Statistics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), as well as a certified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
Her expertise covers financial control, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning — all geared toward enhancing operational efficiency and driving sustainable growth.
She has previously served in key finance roles at Links Microfinance Bank (DLM Capital Group), IRL Microfinance Bank, PFI Capital, Olive Microfinance Bank, and Masters Energy Oil & Gas Ltd.

Jerry Briggs is a corporate legal professional with 9 years of post-bar experience spanning corporate compliance, company secretariat functions, and legal advisory across the financial services sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Rivers State University and a Barrister-at-Law (BL) qualification from the Nigerian Law School. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
With a solid foundation in litigation and 5 years of courtroom practice, Mr. Briggs transitioned into corporate law where he has played a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing board governance, and providing legal counsel to executive management.

His professional journey includes impactful roles as an Auditor in the hospitality industry with Smackers Ltd (The Place), as well as contributing his expertise to leading financial institutions such as Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank, and Polaris Bank.
