Acquisition & Strategic Recapitalization
Bay Holdings acquired KayVee MFB, recapitalizing it to ₦220 million. Seasoned managers were appointed to overhaul operations and drive growth, transitioning the bank from its previous ₦50 million asset base to a stronger financial footing.
Digital Infrastructure & Product Rollout
The KayVee MFB App was developed and launched as the primary digital channel. Key products, including Corporate Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, SME Loans, and Educational Loans, were introduced to serve individuals and businesses, aligning with CBN’s financial inclusion goals.
Accelerated Growth Phase
